| My call center is staffed with nurses that need to refer paitents to doctors office's. They had the ability before I moved them to Confernce a paitient and a doctors office, then when the heard the appointment time, they would release and the paitent and doctors office could still talk. Now when they release it drops the all parties. This only happens when a call comes into the ACD. DID calls can perform and drop out of a confernce no probelm. Does anyone know what restriction is preventing the confernce when the caller comes in via ACD/VDN? Ron | ||||||||
