Location: Memphis Rep Power: 0   | Looking to buy--5 or 10 user BCMS-Vu V2 license key What are the commands that you must type into the switch console to set the time for the phone switch? Also, how do I verify what timezone and if daylight savings time is active on the switch. Switch type Definity G3 rls Currently up to date with last rls. | ||||||||

Location: Tolland, CT Rep Power: 7 | Time and Date Change If you're still defining your switch as a Definity, it's not on the most recent relase. Anyway I'm still on Version 6 (upgrading to MultiVantage shortly) and there was no time zone setting on this release. The command to change the time is set time. Please note that any time changes will impact your BCMS stats. | ||||||||

Location: Chicago area (Lombard) Rep Power: 6 Country:  | Good call sjforcum, as I also support two Version 6, a Version 4 and a Version 9. I believe it is on the Version 9 that you can turn on or off the Daylight savings time feature. So if you are running at least a Version 9, you should be able to turn on Daylight savings time. | ||||||||
