| Message Waiting lights on a LU PBX Hi, We got an requirement from our client that he wants to use their existing avaya PBX for his proposed outbound call center which needs call analysys functionalities and call management. We found that this kind of call analysys functionalities only available with the call routing hardwares like Intel Dialogic and Cisco. Can any one of you provide information like, how we can connect our dialogic/cisco borads with AVAYA PBX. How can we interact (Like make call and route to particular agent) with the AVAYA PBX through Dialogic or cisco. I will be thank if any one sugest some documents or URLs for more information. With Tx, Dhanas | ||||||||

| 5 volts and 90 volts Hi BoBAz, Thanks for your reply, our full scenario is, The Cisco product should be connect witht the system(pc). The EPABX should be connect with ciscoc product. The epabx should make call and it should route to an particular extension based on the commands from the cisco. mean time the cisco product should analyse the resulted call, if it is an manual voice it will ask the epabx to route the call to an particular extension otherwise(in the case of answering machine, Fax,...) The cisco product should ask EPABX to drop the call. The full control of cisco product should be Available to the programmer as APIs. Did you have any idea on this kind of CISCO products.
