| SYSID - HELP We're going to be setting up Video Conferencing in the near future with Polycoms Viewstation 512. I'm ordering TN556B cards for this, but wondering if there is an RTU on the PBX that needs to be activated (sys-par cust options - ISDN-BRI Trunks ___) or can I just plug this card in, x-wire and start testing calls? I will be sending these call over our ISDN-PRI. Any advice would be helpful. | ||||||||

Location: Wisconsin Rep Power: 6 ![]() | TestTestTestTestTestTestTest Depending on which version you are at, you may need to pay a rtu for the isdn. I know with the latest release it is included at no extra charge, I believe they started that with v10. If you are earlier and want it turned up it will cost big bucks. I think I was quoted a number around 10k on a v4 system some time back. | ||||||||
