I have a Audix VM system that does not pick up call fromthe switch, all it does is ring..can anyone help.

I have a lot of questions on what you may have checked. I am curious though, was the Audix working prior to your post?

If so, I have had ports lock up after a thunder storm has gone through the area and I have had to reboot the system.

I realize I am taking a lot of other tests that I would of done out of the mix, but this problem may be this simple.

I have an Audix that expects to be rebooted every 90 days or so. If I don't reboot, it eventually quits picking up calls. I guess it gets lonely and wants some company.

Is it not picking up ANY calls, or just calls to a certain number?
