I have a problem on 2 phones with the message lamp. It doesn't come up if there is a message on the audix. I already recreated the extension and the Audix, but this doesn't solve the prob. I have an Intuity Audix. May someone help?

If you have an analog phone, on the station form is the message waiting indicator
field set properly? On any type is the message waiting ext. set correctly?

Hi BobG,

Thanks for the info, but I've found other guy's having the same problem and it seems that rebooting the Intuity Audix system will help to solve the problem. After i rebooted it, the message lamps goes on when a message is available.

If this happens again, look in the disp act XXXX (XXXX=the subscriber mailbox). Double check to ensure the Audix isn't firing off the LWC command....
