Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Dear John Hi BobG, Thanks for the info, but I've found other guy's having the same problem and it seems that rebooting the Intuity Audix system will help to solve the problem. After i rebooted it, the message lamps goes on when a message is available. Steve

Location: Tolland, CT Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Definity AUDIX/Inuity AUDIX voicemail management weiersj, If this happens again, look in the disp act XXXX (XXXX=the subscriber mailbox). Double check to ensure the Audix isn't firing off the LWC command.... __________________ Moderator - Avaya / Lucent Definity Boards
