Hello all,
I am trying to purchase the ASA software for my phone switch. I have tried to purchase it from avaya and they can't seem to sell it to me. This has been a three month ordeal. Does anybody know where i can purchase the software and how much it costs? Avaya can't seem to give me this information.

I recall that I used to be able to download lower releases of ASA from Avaya's web-site at support.avaya.com, then go to 'downloads.' I was able to get both ASA and the Merlin Admin. programs.

If not try Avaya at 800.426.2455 or request from a Business partner of Avaya.

Avaya Site Administration is not a free download (or to the best of my knowledge a purchasable download).

My recommendation would be to contact your local business partner to order a copy. I would imagine the cost being around $500.

If you need the name of a business partner, PM me and I'll pass mine along.

I once again tried contact my Avaya rep and i am still unable to get anything from her. So any help is great.
