ASA question

Does anyone have a site that I can go to to download the BCMS Vu report manuals. I need to interpret some of the columns such as staffed, aux-work, etc. I tried the Avaya website and it was no help. Thanks

DTMF needed when dialing out on M2250

BCMS Vu Manuals

OK What information are you looking for? I'm assuming you're not familiar with the standard BCMS labels?

Auto In = Agent is idle, but accepting calls.
Aux Work = Agent is on break and cannot receive a call.
After Call Work (ACW) = Agent is processing work and cannot receive a call until complete.

Those are starters, but let me know what report you're using and what you need help with and we'll see how we do

I am trying to determine the following:

why the total time staff doesn't match the
columns of activity? Also what could be other work states for the agent who doesn't have after call work or aux?

If I had a definition of what makes up Total Aux/Other, % In Serv Level, etc. it would be very helpful.

I have seen this in manual(s), but since everything is on-line and downloadable as a PDF I been unable to locate this information.

OK...

Other work time for some agents could be extension in and extension out dialing.

The other questions I can guess at, but let's see if anyone posts for sure first....

Did anyone find any online manuals or FAQs about BCMS Vu?

I know less than nothing about phone systems, yet I am the super user for my site (1800 employees & a hotel). Trying to educate myself some....

Thanks,

Tim

updates?

Tim,

Please look to http://avaya.pbxinfo.com in the future....it's where I'm posting and it seems others are starting to come over there. You may want to try to re-submit your question there as well.

What type of information are you looking for? support.avaya.com has all of the system documentation, but if there's a certain area of knowledge you're looking for I'll see what I can dig up...

OK now I'm lost...what are you looking for? It appears you've found Avaya's BCMS Vu documentation...

Have you checked out the little administration books?
