Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I am looking for How-to information relating to - Dial by Name - Caller enters a person's last name instead of an extension via the touch tone pad of the phone., and can it be done on an existing Avaya G3si, if so does it require additional software features and or hardware? I am not looking for IVR or any related stuff, simply can the PBX be able to set up this type of Caller input, and how do you do it. Just point me in the direction (I'll even take just the name of this function) and I can figure out the rest, thanks in advance. | ||||||||
