2250 to 2250 transfer results in fast-busy --Why?

Hardware is my nightmare.
I need to find out the Serial Number (SN) for our IPCD (Megalink) Trunk. Where the hell is this information located?

I think I may have found it. On the Customer Panel in the Telecom Room there was a piece of paper with chicken scratch on it that read IPCD then the number. This could be a Bell Canada labeling technique which is why you never heard of it. Thanks anyway.

Oh....must be one of those differences between Canada and the States eh?

Now that you say that I'm wondering if it's what we refer to as the Circuit ID number....
