Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Ok here is a blanket question. I am an Avaya PBX Dude, I know nothing about Nortel and yet I have been given the great job of helping our sister city move off their Nortel onto an Avaya Definity 9. Other than the basic conversion of a call flow chart to Avaya coding is there a way you can scrape the Nortel and then import the set up onto a PC to then convert to Avaya or am I dreaming in technicolor here? Any suggestions on how I might do this conversion painlessly? | ||||||||
