Does anyone know of any good places for Avaya training besides Avaya university for things such as ACD/vectoring, and advanced administration?

I took courses at Walt Medak Associates in Portland, OR.

I found the courses to be WELL worth the money, especially when compared to Avaya / Summaria's costs.
