How do I get rid of the audible coverage tone

Just upgraded to the Avaya 8730. When a call goes to coverage the caller hears a tone and then the call moves to the coverage step. It didn't do this before and is confusing callers specially when a call covers to voicemail.

Does anyone know how to turn this off? My vendor said this happens on all systems.

Thanks,

Rew
