One is the login screen, it says right there what you have The other place is to type the command "list config soft" and one of the pages from this command will say "SOFTWARE VERSION", usually the first page. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Location: Woodstock, IL Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks, R013x.01.1.628.7 is what came up. I searched around and also found G3 Version: V13. There is also a Bulletin board question. They apperently dont use this feature, but there is a High Priority message in there from 2006. I would like to clear this, because it pops a window up everytime I log in.

For example, your remote maintenance support might have had to fix something so they might leave you a bulletin explaining what they did. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Location: Woodstock, IL Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The error i get is: *test msg 10/10/2006 *exp inf 01b01 to 02b02 10/10/2006 *exp inf 01a01 to 02a01 10/10/2006 * * * * * * * I am unable to edit these entries. Is it possible that I am not giving enought reights to cahne these high priority messages? How do I check what these error's mean and is there a way to clear these. There is an entry later that says that the admin has no i deat what these mean. Any help would be appreciated. Last edited by tcmrazek; 06-23-2008 at 02:08 PM.

Location: San Diego, CA Rep Power: 6 ![]() | You need maintenance permissions to change any entries preceeded by an *. The message says that it was a test message posted on October 10, 2006. It is telling you that on that date expansion interface cards (TN570) were connected from carrier slot 1B01 to 2B02 and from 1A01 to 2A01. Since your TN570 cards are in carriers 1A and 1B of the first cabinet then you have either a G3i, G3si, or G3csi. Cabinet 1 on a G3i is a refrigerator sized cabinet, on a G3si cabinet 1 will be a stack of 1-4 small cabinets containing one carrier each. A G3csi hangs on a wall. What your message is describing is very unusual for a switch of that type. But it is just an informational message not an indication of a problem. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Marty
