Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Occasional calls that take 10 to 20 seconds for caller to hear user Hi I have an S8300 LSP with 2 G700 GW that I just moved to a new location. The main server is an S8720 redundant server with G650 GW in the main office. I moved this server to a new location and added a DS1 card for Outbound calling. This LSP is connected via a T1 trunk between Offices. All inbound calls arrive at LSP via the T1. The problem that I am having is that users are complaining that on occasion when they recieve a call, they can hear the caller but the caller does not seem to hear them for 10 to 20 seconds. Caller usually hangs up and then calls back. I have checked all trunks and CLAN cards for errors but fnd nothing unusal. The identical system worked without this issue before being moved. The only difference here is that I have introduced a Packet Shaper but the event log shows nothing out of gthe ordinary either? Any ideas or where I should start to look? Thanks | ||||||||
