new install 16cc SIP hard phone not working - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I would like to to add a 16cc SIP hard phone but can't work.
We have an CM 5.0 S8300c server with SIP server.
We have also add two SIP softphone, it works.
Where / how do I need to check? 46xxsettings.txt?

How far through the phones boot sequence do you get? Also jsut curious is it a 1608/16 ?

We just rolled out about 1200 1616's in a contact centre over the last 6 months.

The files usually work as default, we only modified a few sections,
