s8300 Flash drive

Morning.

Come to find out, after having our S8300 installed, a Flash drive was never ordered. We contacted our vendor, and they said we should use a 128mb flash....Are you kidding? Does anyone out there use one for backups? IF so, what kind/brand and what size do you all use? I am sorry, but for todays electronics, 128mb seems a bit undersized. I am thinking 1 or 2G. I am looking to get two of em and swapping them out every other week - doing backups every other day.
Also, we have about 55 folks in our office - to give you an idea as to our size.

Tks

I would stick with what Avaya recommends. Just because it is bigger does not mean it will work better. All you are backing up are your translations and configuration files, you are not backing up the OS.

You could alsos setup the server to dump the backup info to another server that is backed up automatically to the network.
