AT&T 278A Paging Adaptor Question

I have 9 zones of paging on an R11 G3si. All of the zones are on TN763D Auxiliary Trunk Cards, with 278A paging adaptors.

Here's the issue: Most of the zones are Valcom self amplified speakers. Works great except for a really low level hum 60Hz. Valcom recomends that you short the input leads to kill the hum.

Anyone know which jumper swaps the control lead (C1/C2) logic from NC to NO? I can wire up an external relay, but if the on-board contacts can do it, why add the parts?
