| Moderator  | If you do not have a call accounting program all you are going to get is a raw data dump from the PBX. You will have to manually put this in a spreadsheet to be able to sort it and search it. | Moderator | Also, if you are using the data module for admin, the call data will buffered in the switch until you are done. Then the data will dump to your computer.
