| Junior Member  | Unable to reset 4690 IP to previous firmware Hi, I have a 4690 Phone that will display a discovering message and the 4690 phone can be rebooted by pressing the '#' key. I know this is an known issue on a certain firmware. I want to downgrade the phone firmware to 1.7.7 but certain circumstances does not allow me to. The phone does not allow me to change its File Server settings. I can only enter 3 digits and afterwards the phone hangs then reboot itself. How do you revert back the FW version for this type of phone? Thanks, dr3w |
