Hello,

I am programming a vector and don't know how to do this.

I am trying to leave an open-ended opt out for voicemail, but you can't get out of waiting.

I have it:

1-4 Time of Day routing etc..
5 queue to skill X.
6 Wait 20 seconds hearing music
7 Collect 1 digit after announcement Y
8 Goto step 11 if digits = 9
9 Wait 30 seconds hearing music
10 Goto step 6 if unconditionally
11 messaging skill x for extension 1234
12 stop

I want them to be able to leave a voicemail at any time by pressing 9, but currently they can only do that when hearing announcement "Y" in line 7.

Any ideas?

the collect statment only has a 10 second wait.
