| Junior Member  | Avaya IP-softphone as modem for Procomm use Hi guys. I'm starting to work with IP phones and remotely administered Avaya PBX's. I was trying to connect via modem to the Nortel I am in charge of; having issues with my home phoneline (it gets a lot of noise when moist weather) I though if it would be possible use my Avaya IP softphone connection to dial into the Nortel using the Symantec Procomm Plus terminal emulator. I think it's pretty possible (everything is now), but I don't know about the tools to do so. I tried to research, but since I am working, I am busy to go through a few hundreds of sites Google is returning. I thought that maybe some here has tought about it and actually use a tool for that.
