We are experiencing late delivery on voicemail, so I programed a phone in my office with MSGWAITACT and MSGWAITDEACT. I thought all I would have to do is push key and enter extension number to activate MSG on the phone, but that's no the way it works. I tried looking in the Feature Description PDF but it has no information on this feature. Does anyone out there know how this is suppose to work. Sorry using AUDIX

use lwc-store feature button. The clear amw audix or all and extension # will turn the message lamp off.

Just be aware that if you manually turn the MWI on, retrieving the message will not turn the the light off. You will have to manually turn it off also.

The fastest way to clear a message light (rather its stays off, delayed, or stays on) is to use the command "clear a all xxxx" where xxxx=extension/station. It's better than using those buttons all the time.
