Hello,

How can I change the offhook timeout. I am talking about the amount of time between when the user goes off-hook and when they hear a fast busy tone after not typing any digits in.

Another example would be someone types in the first 3 digits of a telephone #, but then gets distracted and does not dial the last digit. How do I change the interval between the 3rd digit and the fast busy error tone coming on?

Change system-parameters features page 4 is where the Time before Off-hook Alert is located. Page 6 is where you will find the interdigit timeout.
