Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hey Marty - Can you Help??? or someone. I'm self-taught on the Definity (G3 V9i) with Audix. I surely could use some help. I'm setting up this switch for installation soon - 1. I try to do a trace & it times out - where is this timer? 2. Call Fwd to cell phone (using SAC). Thru call cov r - yes? Can I make it access a specific trk grp.? 3. From AA I dial 'O' to call extension w/call cov grp. 1 in cov path 1 In my call cov - p1 = ext att., p2 = ext w/bridged app on sets. calls ring as they should but go back to att. no matter what I put in p3. Also I can't seem to control the rings inside the cov grp. 3. Please see my other thread. If you can show me the way - I owe you big time.... Thanks, Jeff Last edited by jeffgrazer : 11-27-2007 at 03:26 PM.

The only way to get a call to access a specific trunk group is to program the Trunk Access Code TAC (if the trunk allows it to be used) before the number. Don't use the Feature Access Code (9) in front of the number. 3. Not sure why the calls are going back to your attendant unless the attendants number is in the cover path. the number of rings per coverage is in the newer version of Avaya, I believe. I don't think version 9 has that capability to tell how many rings per pick.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 2. Call Fwd to cell phone (using SAC). Thru call cov r - yes? Can I make it access a specific trk grp.? you could configure a route pattern with the trk grp you desire and then enter your cell # in the ars table and configure with your new route pattern
