Is there a way in the Definity to seperate area codes that come in on an 8xx number. What I want to do is seperate out West Coast numbers and send them to a new vdn while sending the remaining calls to the skill :casstet:

Voicemail light will not turn off

I don't have PRI T1's into my facilities, so I'm really reaching here but couldn't you have all of the incoming calls route into a Vector (by way of a VDN), then using the goto if ANI = command?

Call Display must be Skillset label?

Ezpott,

If the calls are coming in ISDN, then you can use ANI to separate specific area codes (or areacode+prefix if you want.) providing you have the correct options to utilize vector routing tables. You will need to add a line to your vector something like:

GOTO VECTOR XX IF ANI IN TABLE 10

which will send any calls that match the criteria in vector routing table 10 (CHA VRT 10)

When entering areacodes (and prefix if you desire) you need to do it as 507+ (with the PLUS at the end) meaning any calls being treated by that vector that match (such as 5075321234) will take the alternate route provided by the above command.

Any questions, just ask. Hope this is clear enough.
