Oooops!

Adding 2 ISDN PRIs provisioned exactly like existing lines. Unable to see any signal from the ISDN-PRI circuit, Even though Provider states that they can loop back all the way to our CSU. T1 from 5E CO. Added DS1 card, configured it, added signaling group and added ports from DS1 card to existing trunk group. These ports stay MBUSY. Can anyone help? :casstet:

Make sure that your circuit pack supports PRI.
I use the following:
TN464F for IDSN PRI
TN2313 for ISDN -EXT
To start with lets solve the signal loss issue first. See if you can do a physical loop back from the end of the line cord that plugs into the CSU (from the switch). If you can then we'll have to look at your translations.

AT&T ONENET PRI Provisioning

Circuit pack supports PRI. Used TN464. How do you do a physical loop back from the end of the line cord that plugs into the CSU?

Take an RJ45 8-Pin jack and tie pins 1/ 4 together and 2/ 5 together. This can be done with a few inches of cross-connect wire. Plug the switch side into the jack and give the switch time to see the loop back. If that won't work we'll try something else.
