There have been a influx of Avaya Definity Positions opening. There use to be a lot of Nortel but now if you do a search on PBX at Monster a lot of them are Avaya.

I don't know if that means they are doing something right or if Stuff is just breaking?

I work on both....Nortel and Avaya..I personally like Nortel better but the Definity is really easy to program.

We installed a new G3R about a year ago with about 600 Callmaster V's and havent had any problems. But, have an older G3, that has problem pretty often.

So, Rick, I think its a little of both!!

Well my need actually has nothing to do with either. It's a long story but the division of our company that employed the technicians branched off in another direction and has left us with too few Avaya Certified techs on "our side of the house" so to speak.
