Rep Power: 0 ![]() | strange thing with attendant console The receptionist has told me that sometimes she sees this strange thing on her attendant console display while there are no incoming/outgoing calls in place. ACA Long 22-007 The number may be different every time. Can anyone help me figure out what is happening? G3si v8.2 Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Just a guess as I'm a new pbx admin.... I believe ACA stands for automatic circuit assurance and it's common to set the attendant console to receive these messages. I believe the numbering indicates the trunk group access code and then the trunk group member. Might want to look at your errors / alarms log to see if anything is in there. You can also find documentation on avaya's site regarding ACA. Hope this helps you a bit.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | berto, Thank you very much. In two first days of February, this happened 18 times. Is anything wrong with the system? When I run disp alarm/errors, I do not see anything wrong… And this trunk group has maintenance tests field set to Y. What should I be doing about these ACA calls?
