I am a nortel guy and was just awarded an Avaya G3V8 due to downsizing.

I am trying to redirect a phone number from VDN 200 to VDN 100. Will someone please let me know how to redirect this number?

The station number is the only thing you can't change. You need to remove VDN 200 and add VDN 100 using the number that used to be assigned to VDN 200. If VDN 100 already exists with another number you will also have to remove it first.
