| Junior Member |  Queing system Ok, i have a helpdesk phone that needs a que system put in place for it, so when the phone is busy there is a voice saying something aong the lines of "our lines are busy and you are in a que, please hold and your call will be answered shortly" does anyone know how to do this ? |

| Moderator  | You will need to program a hunt group and put this phone in it, the announcement you want is a part of that feature. If you want the callers to dial the same number they are now, you will have to take the number away from the phone and make it the lead number for the hunt group.
