Red face Avaya Definity - Need a Quick Run Down

I'm new to Avaya. I've administered Nortel Meridian PBXs and worked with digital and analog phone sets. I was wondering if anyone can please provide guide of a Definity.

MSYoung,

Thanks for your reply. I work as a network admin and I have experience in Nortel Meridian PBX adn not in Avaya PBX. I need to know how to perform general administrative work such as performing backups, troubleshooting PRI channels. Also your move add and changes such as move telephone stations and programming the phones.

The Definity does it own backup automatically every night while it runs all of its' diagnostics.
