Unhappy Routing TFN(To DNIS) and Trunk Group Config

If the carrier is sending us the digits first then the DNIS, or the other way around for the inbound TF calls, will I need to make changes to the trunk, if so where?

we have a TFN that routes to a DNIS. Calls are not terminating to that DNIS after changing to a different LD provider. LD provider stats that they are sending the calls to the right DNIS. This PBX does not have the option to trace inbound calls on the trunk, so i can't confirm what they are sending us.

You can delete and insert digits on Page 3 of the Trunk Group form. If you know how many digits the provider is sending delete them all and insert the DNIS you want.

Verify that the new carrier is sending you the same number of digits that the old carrier sent you.
