| Junior Member |  S8100 programming vector questions Hello all, I am new to programming with vectors and here is my question. Is there a way too program our Avaya S8100 switch so that when a caller is on hold or in the que callers instead of listening to music on hold they can listen to pre-made PSAs (Service Annoucements). Can this be done?. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Sgt |

| Moderator  | Record your PSAs and put them in your tape or CD player then hook that device to the port that your current music-on-hold is attached. This is usually through the white MOH coupler.
