Cool S8100 programming vector questions

Hello all,

I am new to programming with vectors and here is my question. Is there a way too program our Avaya S8100 switch so that when a caller is on hold or in the que callers instead of listening to music on hold they can listen to pre-made PSAs (Service Annoucements). Can this be done?.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Sgt

Record your PSAs and put them in your tape or CD player then hook that device to the port that your current music-on-hold is attached. This is usually through the white MOH coupler. Now anyone on hold will hear your PSAs.
