Rep Power: 0 ![]() | T1 Maintenance Tests Flag We have a robbed-bit T1 plugged into a Dialogic D/240 voice board. The T1 is currently configured at ESF/B8ZS however we can duplicate the following problem with it configured for D4/AMI as well. We are initiating a service observe session on a T1 channel from the Dialogic card by dialing the service observer code and the then station. This works well. The problem is when agent puts a call on hold, there is some sort of a line error that causes the Avaya to hand up on the channel on the T1 when we have the "Maintenance Tests" option turned on for the trunk group. If we turn off "Maintenance Tests" we still see the error (via a T-Berd), however the service observing channel stays connected. I'm at a loss as to why this would occur.. any thoughts?

Location: San Diego, CA Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Couple questions. Does this problem only occur when you are attempting to observe the call? On the DS1 page in the PBX is the T1 configured as a lineside T1 (it should be)? Do a "test board (DS1 board)", you can stop the tests after test 146 completes. Do you see anything other than pass? __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Marty
