Rep Power: 0 ![]() | CM2.2 8300B with IA770 upgrade to CM 3.1.2. I can't find way to upgrade even I read avaya manual. There is no ( manage software ) in CM web page! Anyone have an idea what this is and how to upgrade it? Thanks help ! | ||||||||

Location: Netherlands Rep Power: 4 ![]() | basicly you would have to install the software by booting from cdrom attached to the usb port. Once this boot was succesfull you can telnet throught the services port on the S8300B. If you perform a backup of the translations and restore them after the upgrade(check the avaya documentation for procedure) you should be good. | ||||||||
