Cannot release phone

Is there any way to setup a holiday schedule in vectors?
We have a Definity G3si r8.

Message Waiting Voltage

Not that I have found. We add an addtional line in the vector to skip all the steps and go directly to the 'we are closed' message.

An option to this if you have the DSA software or ASA, is that you can put a change into your vectors to add that line on certain days and then remove that line after the holiday. The DSA software allows you to schedule changes in advance, the only problem is you will need to leave your terminal on and connected to the switch, hopefully you can do this in a secure area.

I hope this helps.

Auto-Answering Phone

I'm not sure which version (I'm on lowly 6 ) but Holiday routing was added. I would assume it ties into vectoring similar to the Vector routing tables.

Terminal session spewing nonsense characters

I'm not sure if you can with release 8, I know you can with relese 9. In release 9 you would be able to create a holiday table by typing in "change holiday-table 1" then enter the dates and times for the holiday.

In your vector step you could use something like "goto step # if holiday in table 1"

good luck!
