i have an 11c Which i inherited, much joy, and a g3xi and we removed our g3si and put in a g3xV13 virtual switch, unfortunately i only do phone setup and voicemail changes on the nortel so i can't answer you directly. I have found all the people in the nortel section of the board are extemely helpful and willing to point in the right direction.
