Avaya and Nortel Admin

Anyone whose handling both Avaya and Nortel PABX? What is the equivalent of ARS, Vectoring, VDN with Nortel?

I would ask this question in the Nortel forum also. I don't know which Nortel PBX you have so I can't copy it there.

i have an 11c Which i inherited, much joy, and a g3xi and we removed our g3si and put in a g3xV13 virtual switch, unfortunately i only do phone setup and voicemail changes on the nortel so i can't answer you directly. I have found all the people in the nortel section of the board are extemely helpful and willing to point in the right direction. As Ms young has said just jump into the meridian section and ask away.

good luck with this :>
