Location: Sacramento, CA Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Companion Phones 3050 or 3060 Does anyone using Definity also have a Witness Server via the Avaya CTI Server? We have 4 Witness Servers and we have quite a few problems in general, such as calls starting to record in the middle of the call. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this general experience. We are currently having trouble with calls starting to record in the middle and we are going back and forth between Avaya and Witness as to who's portion is causing the problem. Vendors so often want to blame the other vendor so quickly, when most of the time the customer does not really care who's to blame but, just want a resolution | ||||||||
