Suggestions for a "Chemical War Protection Kit"

Our company works with many facilities that have Definity/Avaya/Lucent switches. In order to serve and advise them, I am looking for a way that their in-house techs could download and then be able to fax or e-mail me the following information.
1. LIST ARS ANALYSIS
2. LIST PARTITION-ROUTE
3. LIST ROUTE-PATTERN
4. LIST TRUNK
I was told it can be done.

also is there a site where I can get a complete list af commands

thanks doug

BFS Button Question

If you are using terrranova go to file and select capture on name the file and it will dump each screen you visit into this file.
If you are using DSA/ASA just use a screen capture (messy if it is a lot of data)
If you have a tracker with a printer connected just add the word print after the command

Switch ID

If using ASA,
just have them go under the advanced tab,
click on report.
a box will open that they can type in the command, or scroll for one of the canned ones.

then click the button for Export fields to file,
They can then save as .csv file.
This file should open natively in Excel, or you can easily import it.

I have a bunch of automatic reports that do this for me daily, as a logging measure,
save it to our network, which is backed up nightly....etc.

It saves a lot of printing of paper copies for extra backup purposes....

TTI count

even without terranova or dsa, these reports are available.
They can be sent to a system printer if avaiable, or if they have
a pc they can be dumped to that.

Hi Doug,

Check the last post I sent smitty50, this program will download all of the information you are after without having to get your users to do it for you.
