Caller ID blocking on ISDN PRI

I am trying to figure out how to remote call forward an extension using the "call transfer" centrex feature. I am not sure if this is possible, but I have a PRI circuit, and want to put an extension in "remote call forwarding" that will send a "flash" to the provider, pause, and then dial the destination number to complete the transfer. That way, I am not taking two lines in my system to complete an externally transferred call.

Is this possible to do? And, is it possible to do on a PRI line?

Much thanks

Integration Question

Hi Andrew05,

I am a little confused by your problem. Are you stating that a call is coming in on a PRI and you want to send the call back out the PRI to another destination?

I have only worked on centrex with pots lines and have had no problem setting a call to go out on the same trunk it came in on to send to someone else. You can usually even call the provider and they will assist with any other codes to add in the dial string.

As far as doing it on a PRI line, I guess if it was a two-way circuit there should be no issue. Unfortunately, I have never done this on a PRI set up with Centrex.

Good Luck,
