Partner ACS 5.0 and PC VM Card - delayed voice mail problem

Hi Guys,

Need your help guys, im on connecting this two pbx's have already establish the connection.
But only the nortel can call the avaya system but the avaya can't call the nortel system.
Can someone give me sample config connecting this two systems?
Is this possible using ISDN PRI not using the QSIG, as i now qsig is much easier but have a high cost involved...

thanks guys appreciate your bug help..

Is there a better way to access our Voice Mail?

Already try assign trunk and put that signalling but still one way connection is only establish. Meaning nortel system can only call the avaya but the avaya can't call the nortel system.

thanks...

Have you enable the send digits from AVAYA to nortel? The calls from avaya is being denied by Nortel. Try looking on the settings of Nortel PRI2 to allow sent digits.

Was anyone able to answer this . I have a nortel 81 c with a t-1 (NO PRI) connected to the S8700. They can call over to the 81 c , but I'm unable to call them. The problem is I get dail tone then a re order tone.

its been quite awhile the last time i handle a nortel meridian, when you configure a PRI card on the nortel; look for the sent digit parameter.

You then need to access a new "load" to configure the length and digits you are to send and accept.

i do apologize if i cannot be of help in providing you the details.
