ACD Sets

I downloaded and installed Partner ACS R6 PC Administration Release 6.0 Version 6.0.0.9 to my laptop. I then looked up what to change on our key system to activate remote administration. After that I am able to dial, get transfer and hear all the bing and bong like I am going to connect but never do.

Avaya said it does work on there key system but it will cost me to use there support.

SBC who installed the system said that there is not such thing as remote administration on a partner system.

Please Help.

SBC vs. AVAYA who is correct?

I was under the assumption that the Partner system does not support remote administration....

display not working on 8434DX after move

Case closed. You can remote into a partner. The trick is to put your password in very fast or it will not connect.

Now I can use the GUI to program phones.
