Tone Commander TSG-6 Problems with G3Si PBX Need advice/help We are currently running ~ 150 Tone Commander TSG-6 instruments in 3 different facilities and have recently started experiencing dropped calls and/or re-booting. The phone instruments have been working fine for almost 2 years on one of our G3Si PBXs but started experiencing the above mentioned issues in the last few days. We installed over 90 of these instruments a couple of weeks ago at another site (G3Si) and they began to fail after just 4 days. I also have roughly 50 TSG-6 phones installed on an S8700 and they are showing errors as well, but are not as bad as the other 2 sites. We have our Avaya Partner, Avaya and Tone Commander working on this issue, but they all seem to be at a loss at the moment. Anybody out there using the Tone Commander TSG phones that are having or had a similar problem, and a possible solution - any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
