I have one user on our current Magix system with a Lucent phone. I don't have much except for the feature button. My avaya phones give me (of course) a lot more control. This lucent is pretty much (I believe) that weird analog hybrid that Partner used.

I also have little to no good documentation for this system which makes it specially fun.

I have one user who has a Lucent phone and I can't get the message status light to turn off. I know the originating phone (feature 54) and have cleared messages at that end.

But I can't clear the status light on this one users' extension. Is it something besides feature 53 or 54. I've tried some other key combo's but without much information it's been a crap shoot. I even tried a MWL refresh at the console with no joy.

The user's getting annoyed...I don't blame her

The name of Lucent or Avaya will make no difference but the phone type will make a difference. Is it the same type as your other phones?
