Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Teltronics SEB A customer who has a G3 is no longer with Avaya maintenance. Their product ID is still the default "1000000000". We need a unique product ID in order for us to monitor their G3. They do not have the craft nor dadmin password. How can the passwords for these accounts be reset, or how else can the customer change the Product ID on the PBX? Thanks. | ||||||||
