Location: San Diego, CA Rep Power: 8 ![]() | The Holiday table is a vector table and is used with vectors. With what you tell me, I would guess that the feature is not activated in your switch. Do a "display sys cust" and look for the entry "Vectoring (Holidays)?". If it says "n", the table is not available to you. You will need to call Avaya and have it turned on. I do not know what they will charge for that. If you are not using VDNs and vectors, just turning on the Holiday table does not gain you anything. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Here is what I have on page 4 after running the "display sys cust": Vectoring (Basic)? y Vectoring (Prompting)? y Vectoring (G3V4 Enhanced)? y Vectoring (ANI/II-Digits Routing)? y Vectoring (G3V4 Advanced Routing)? y Vectoring (CINFO)? y Vectoring (Best Service Routing)? y As you can see, there is no entry "Vectoring (Holidays)". And I am not using any VDNs and vectors in Definity, Aspect Call Center takes care of this. So I guess this case can be closed. Thank you again. | ||||||||
