Remote Octel Help

Hi Everyone,

I have an s8700 that i have mailbox 65xx ext on. I want to send this to an octel system at another site that has these mailbox on. Just wondering how would i tell the s8700 to go to that user mailbox?

S8700 - Ext 6511
Octel - Mailbox 6511
Sending the call forward no answer and hunt to 6500 the octel open tree

You may be able to remote cover to the Octel if the 65xx mailbox is a DID.

Just put the DID number in the r? cover path and the call should go out to the Octel mailbox. Set up the mailbox to answer immediately.

The only concern I have is that I do not know what you are using the mailbox for or for whom.
