Location: Canada Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Remote Octel Help Hi Everyone, I have an s8700 that i have mailbox 65xx ext on. I want to send this to an octel system at another site that has these mailbox on. Just wondering how would i tell the s8700 to go to that user mailbox? S8700 - Ext 6511 Octel - Mailbox 6511 Sending the call forward no answer and hunt to 6500 the octel open tree Thanks Terry | ||||||||

Location: Chicago area (Lombard) Rep Power: 8 ![]() | You may be able to remote cover to the Octel if the 65xx mailbox is a DID. Just put the DID number in the r? cover path and the call should go out to the Octel mailbox. Set up the mailbox to answer immediately. The only concern I have is that I do not know what you are using the mailbox for or for whom. Good Luck, 2wire | ||||||||
