How to set up a serviced office telephone system

Introduction
1. We are a startup company involved largely in client services. Many of our clients work from home and we are required to act as the party that provides a face to “their” clients.
2. We require a solution that comes in 3 parts.

Part I - For our own company:
3. We will have one telephone number with a maximum of 10 lines and 10 extensions.
4. We will have one fax number.
5. We need to have an ADSL internet connection providing wireless access to the whole office.
6. We need for our office workers to be able to work remotely, either from home or elsewhere.

Part II – For our clients
7. Each one of our clients will be given one unique telephone number and one unique fax number.
8. We currently have about 10 clients, but we want the system to be scalable to at least 50 to 100 clients in the first year.
9. When someone calls on the telephone number respective to a particular client, the receptionist will have to answer the phone in the name of that specific company.
10. If the client is in the office, we should be able to transfer the call to the client.
11. If the client is not in the office, then we should be able to transfer the call to his mobile number.

Part III – Wishlist - based on pricing of the solution.
12. If the mobile number is busy or not picked up, the call should go into a messaging system.
13. Once a message is left, it has to be sent to the client as an attachment by email.
14. If a fax comes to the client on his number, it should be sent to him by e-mail as an attachment.
15. Since we are transferring calls to a mobile number, a billing system should be in place.
