Agent Phones go into not ready

An agent answers a call and after hanging up the phone goes into not ready until the button is pushed. Changed the call presentation to eliminate the break time and now the phone goes into make set busy. Any help would be appreciated.

is this only for this agent? what kind of software are you using, AIC, ip agent, etc..

In the ACD data block (LD 23)
Change the HOML setting to NO.
